Hot Water Heater & Hair Cuts

Yesterday morning we got a call before 7AM from our renter. He said a neighbor woke them up to tell them there was water coming out from under the trailer. Larry went over and discovered the hot water heater had a hole rusted through. The darn thing is only five years old, you would think it would last longer. Anyway he came home and did some price checking and found one at a local RV dealer. So the next hour or so was taken care of by changing the heater. So much for any profit on that place.

We had a wonderful meal last night. Al and Betty Miller fixed a brisket and oh was it good. The rest of us furnished the other items but the brisket was the hit of the meal. We also celebrated Linda & David Cypcar's 41st anniversary with a yummy cake and ice cream.

This morning Betty, Marilynn and I all had hair cut appointments starting at 10am. On the way over Marilynn & Betty both said they knew a short cut to get there. The short cut I knew and the one they were taking me on wasn't the same. We finally got to the right place but next time I'll take my way. After Victoria got us all pretty we made a quick trip over to Walmart for a few items.

So the last couple of days have been pretty simple. Welcome - Halifax Nova Scotia Canada and thanks to Houghton Lake MI. Till next time.........................................
