Grandson's 6th Bday and Flag Football

In between all the house things this last couple of weeks we've also been able to spend some time with the family. Our grandson Darrius had his 6th birthday on the 18th. The last few years it's been at Chuckie Cheese but this year they decided to go to the local bowling alley.

I had to share this one with you

Than we had to attend Darrius's first flag football game last weekend. His mom and dad have been diligently reminding Darrius for the last two weeks that this is "flag" football and he was "not" to tackle anyone.

Here he is getting his first flag and we're happy to say the game went with no tackles.

Things are slow going on the house. This will be a blog all in itself so will fill you in next time.
